November 7 & 8, 2023
8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
(exhibitors have access to the room one hour before the opening time)
The Canadian Seafood Show has the distinction of being the Canada’s first seafood show. This edition, which takes place in Montreal, will show off Canada’s seafood industry to the world!
The international component provides an enormous opportunity to meet with suppliers from visiting countries and discover new products and new flavours. Technology will be showcased, with a section reserved for packaging, weighing and processing equipment, etc.
Informative conferences will be offered on subjects including sustainable fisheries, new trade agreements with Europe, Canadian import standards, and more. The first day will end with a cocktail reception.
Thank you to the exhibitors who had the courage to book a booth to help us meet the challenge of a clean and humanistic exhibition!
Why Exhibit ?
Why you should join?
The Canadian Seafood Show is a recent but well-established show. In the past two years, our event has seen its notoriety grow because our fundamental principles concerning the planet are fully in line with the direction taken by the fishing industry. Since the beginning of our adventure, we have been working remotely. This has meant that each employee can work at his or her own pace and thus reconcile family and work.
We are proud to offer you a clean environment during the show. Out of consideration for our planet, we commit ourselves to:
- No single-use plastic will be available within the exhibition area;
- Water and compostable glasses will be available, free of charge for exhibitors and visitors alike;
- No program will be printed (what’s the point of publishing a magazine that will be thrown away a few hours later?);
- We ask you to print your badge to limit the waiting time at the ticket office;
- Though our event is without frills or waste, it will nevertheless be friendly and humane because the products that have not been consumed will be offered, if you wish, to community organizations.
Representatives of major North American retail chains, buyers, importers, exporters, processors, packaging specialists, cutting and weighing machines, etc. are in constant contact with our marketing team and look forward to meeting you at the next show. We are also in contact with South American and European trade missions, so expect nice surprises!
Participating in the Canadian Seafood Show means contributing to a healthier planet.
How to exhibit?
What we offer
In order to give you the visibility you deserve, the Canadian Seafood Show offers 2 ways to exhibit.
- A classic, face-to-face exhibition: this is, of course, the ideal formula to allow visitors to see and taste your products. In the food industry, we all know the importance of tasting. We are also aware of the efficiency of meetings because the social aspect is essential in commercial exchanges. It’s up to you to decorate your space with your colors, to stand out from your competitors and attract visitors!
- A face-to-face exhibition via a Canadian representative: we assign you a bilingual French & English salesperson specialized in food. He will occupy your booth and will be there to exclusively promote your products during the two days of the show. His role will end at the conclusion of the event. You will have to brief him and give him the technical data sheets of your products so that he can talk about them with passion.
This solution, which could become an art de vivre, enables :
- a strong gesture for our planet (limitation of the ecological footprint)
- Savings (time, money, fatigue)
With these 2 formulas
- You will have access to a hybrid profile on our mobile application. You will therefore be available for customers who would like to have direct contact with you.
- You will be able to organize tastings or demonstrations at your booth. These events will be included in the exhibition calendar, which will give them greater visibility.
- You will benefit from 12 free entries to offer to the companies you would like to meet during the show.
Together, let’s reinvent a way to exhibit! It is by taking care of our environment through small, everyday gestures that, together, we will move forward!
